Fun City 4 Life Rules and Regulations

No purchase necessary. 1 entry per person only. Must be 18 years or older to register. Not valid with any other special offers, promotions, or discounts. Excludes bowling, food, beverages, redemption prizes, and redemption arcade games. Not valid for vending, token/change machines/games, or pool tables. Passes only good for attractions and non redemption video play. Fun City has the right to change any attraction or non redemption video game without notice and/or compensation. Fun City is not responsible for lost or stolen passes. Passes can not be replaced for any reason. No cash value. No trade value. Passes can not be refunded at any time for any reason. Must be used by contest winner only. Any fraudulent activity will result in passes being deactivated. Fun City 4 Life passes are only valid at Fun City in Littleton and can only be used while the facility is operating under Fun City. By registering for the Fun City 4 Life passes you authorize Fun City to include your given information for email promotions and offers. Winner is subject to all Fun City behavioral conduct rules and regulations. If conduct code is not followed properly, Fun City reserves the right to revoke Fun City 4 Life passes. This promotion is not valid to any Littleton Holdings LLC dba Fun City employees or their families. Contest begins 8/16 and ends December 2nd 2010.
